Premarin also is known as conjugated estrogens contains a mixture of estrogen hormones. It is used in menopausal hormone therapy and many other indications. Swallow the whole tablet without crushing it. Take the medicine regularly at the same time to get the maximum benefit from it. Do not skip any dosage. Some of the very common side-effects of Premarin are nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, headache, bloating, breast tenderness, or weight fluctuation. Contact your doctor or pharmacist if any of these conditions persist. If you see the tablet in your stool, do tell your doctor promptly.
